GENERAL INFORMATION
Location: The City of Mounds View, located in the northwest corner of Ramsey County, is approximately four square miles in size. It is accessible from Highway 65 to the westand Interstate 35 to the east with County Road 10 and State Highway 10 cutting diagonally through the City.
Population: According to the 2000 Census, the population of Mounds View is 12,738.
